Jana Webb creator of Joga is interveviewed by Shannon Skinner from Extraordinary Woman TV. Her training is rooted from a style of yoga that looks at individual anatomy and structure and based on those observations specific postures and breath patterns are prescribed: adhering to the needs and demands of the individual.
Jana’s competitive and athletic background influenced her teaching methods and attracted a very specific type of clientele. Although she continues to teach in a studio setting with private clients from all backgrounds, she has found her niche market in the realm of high performance and elite athletes.
